Hugh LaRoche brings more than 20 years of experience in the HR outsourcing industry, with experience working with growing companies, established providers, early-stage organizations, and publicly traded companies.
After more than 20 years in the HR outsourcing industry, I came to believe that something important was being lost.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with growing companies, established providers, early-stage organizations, and publicly traded companies. Across the industry, I watched companies become increasingly focused on scaling faster, automating more, and building better technology.
Those advances mattered. But too often, in the pursuit of efficiency and growth, the human element of HR was being left behind.
I heard it directly from prospects and clients. They were frustrated by call centers, rotating service teams, slow responses, and relationships that felt increasingly transactional. They had access to more technology than ever, yet many felt even less supported.
That disconnect is why I founded AplombHR.
I believe small and mid-sized professional businesses deserve sophisticated HR resources without sacrificing personal service. They should have access to knowledgeable professionals who understand their business, anticipate their needs, and become trusted members of their extended team.
